Inshaa’ Allah, the day of “Arafah” will fall on Monday. There are countless virtues to prayer and fasting on that day. Please remember to take advantage of doing good deeds on that day and remind your family to do the same.

Eid al-Adha will be Tuesday, August 21. Takbeer stars at 7:30 am and Eid prayer starts at 8:00 am. Please try to make it a special day for you and your family.

Eid party is on Saturday, August 25th at 6 pm at main masjid. A few families are providing the meat to cook. We will have activities for our children.

Saturday we are having Tahjud (Qyaam) prayer at 5:30.

Saturday after Fajr we will have our weekly tafseer halaqa.

Islamic Sunday School will start on 9/9 and we need many teachers this year. In addition to the reward from Allah, this is a paid position for interested muslims that have a work permit. If you or anyone you know are capable of teaching Quraan, Arabic or Islamic Studies to children between the ages of 5-15 years; please contact Shaikh Samer.
